Hi there, I’m Edamama! I may be young, but I already take my role as “Mama Bear” very seriously! I am approximately 2-3 years old.

I gave birth to my puppies right alongside Mama Gemini in an empty lot. Thanks to a kind-hearted Good Samaritan, we were rescued and given a safe place to grow and thrive—and now I’m ready to find my forever family!

I’m a Boxer/Terrier mix who’s expected to grow to around 40 pounds, so I’ll be the perfect size for cuddling but still big enough to keep up with all your adventures. I’m potty trained and already crate-trained and doing really well on a leash. My foster family says I’m very affectionate and love being around people, especially kids. I’m still learning to relax and not worry so much about my babies, so I can be a little anxious at times—but hey, that just shows how big my heart is!

I have a mild energy level, so I’m happiest in a home that’s loving and patient, where I can get plenty of snuggles and yummy meals (two of my favorite things). I enjoy car rides, so if you need a road trip buddy, I’m your girl! I’m also dog-friendly with the right introduction, though my cat-friendliness hasn’t been tested yet.
