Hi, I’m Junior! I am a 1.5 year old male terrier mix! I weigh around 11 pounds. I am crate trained, almost fully potty trained, and I’m doing really well with leash training!

I was left behind when my family moved away. Me and all my friends were rescued but I was just being a shy guy and took a little bit longer since I kept running away. After a few days of returning to see if my friends had come back, the landlord was able to rescue me and reunite me with my friends at Cantu!

I am a very cuddly, affectionate, and playful pup! I am a sweet but shy guy - I just need to warm up to new people! My favorite thing in the whole world is to go to the dog park, and take a nice nap in the sun once we get home. I’m moderately social and independent. I am learning to love car rides and am doing okay on shorter trips. I do have some mild anxiety that I’m working on (but who doesn’t!!)

I would love a moderately active home. I would be good with older kids and other dogs. I do get spooked by cats so it may take me some time to feel comfy around them. I would love a yard, but I could also be okay in a small home too.
